Welcome to the Odon Church of the Nazarene
Partial re-opening is scheduled for June 7th, 2020 — Worship service only (no Sunday School, No bus transport) will be at 10:30AM. Church prayer time will resume at 5:00PM. NYI (Teens) are starting ZOOM meetings. Contact the church office for details.
No mid-week Kidz club, Bible study or Women’s group will meet until later this summer. The annual meeting will be announced for some time in June (an extension has been granted by the district office). You must be present to vote. There will be no District Assembly gathering — video conferencing and electronic voting will be conducted instead (Details TBA). There will be no VBS. The Daviess Co. fair has been cancelled (e.g. no food booth).
Social distancing will be enforced. Gloves and masks are optional but recommended. Two offering boxes will be provided for giving (the plates will not be passed). There will be no “Meet-n-Greet”. Please make use of Hand sanitizer and do not touch or handle surfaces, shake hands, etc… If you are in a health risk category, you are encouraged to remain at home.
Services will continue to be streamed on Facebook and on Youtube (search Odon Church of the Nazarene). Audio CDs for each service are available upon request (MP3 Jump drives also available). You are invited to sit in on streaming service times: (10:00AM, 6:00PM Sunday, 6:30 Wed).
Please be in prayer…seek God…lift up our nation…lift up our community, neighbors and our families…lift up our Church families…but most importantly seek God!!!
